Office Packing, Labeling, and Inventory
Our crews pack offices, conference rooms, file rooms, breakrooms, and reception areas using industry-grade boxes, anti-static wrap, and protective padding. Every carton is labeled with the destination room and workstation number, so your team walks into the new space and finds their belongings where they should be.

We can pack the entire office, focus on sensitive zones like server rooms and executive suites, or supply materials and instructions so your staff can pack their own desks ahead of time.

IT, Electronics, and Specialty Equipment Handling
Computers, monitors, servers, copiers, lab equipment, and medical instruments each require a different level of care. Our team disconnects, wraps, and crates IT and specialty hardware for safe transport, coordinating with your internal IT staff or outside vendor on disconnect and reconnect timing. For sensitive or oversized equipment that requires custom crating, we build to spec. Cables and small accessories are bagged and labeled by workstation, so reconnection on the other side is quick and organized.

Loading, Transport, and After-Hours Scheduling
Most of our commercial moves happen in the evening, overnight, or across a weekend so your business does not lose operating hours. On move day, our crew arrives with the right number of trucks, dollies, ramps, masonite floor protection, and elevator pads for the buildings involved. For complex builds with cubicle reconfiguration or systems furniture, we coordinate with your office furniture vendor so the timing lines up cleanly.

Optional Storage Between Spaces
If your move-out date does not line up with your move-in date, we offer short-term storage in our climate-controlled facility. Office furniture, files, and equipment stay secure and accessible until the new lease is ready and your buildout is complete.
